Quick fixes

Answers to the most common problems.

Something you bought isn't unlocked: Menu → Pro Upgrade Options → Restore purchases.
The remote feels slow: Menu → My designs → Reduce effects.
Your remote looks different on another device: sign in with the same account on both. Changes save automatically and appear the next time the app opens.
Forgot your password: use /forgot.php, or ask the help chat to email you a reset link.
Want to start fresh: Menu → My designs → Start over replaces your remote with the sample.
