Terms of Service

Last updated: October 10, 2026

Using Penzap

Penzap lets you build a personal remote of buttons that open apps, websites and contacts on your device. You're responsible for the links and contacts you add and for keeping your password private.

Purchases

Paid items such as Penzap Pro and finish packs unlock features on your account. Prices are shown before you pay. Purchases made through an app store follow that store's refund rules; other refunds are handled case by case.

Acceptable use

Don't use Penzap to link to harmful content, to attack other services, or to break the law. We may suspend accounts that do.

Availability

We work to keep Penzap running and your remotes safe, but the service is provided as is, without guarantees of uninterrupted availability.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we'll tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect.
